Come for a gentle Hatha Yoga class with instructor Emily Saunders. The series of classes are designed specifically with students in mind. With the focus on meditation, increasing physical endurance and stress relief. All done in a non-judgmental environment. All levels are welcome, especially beginners! Some mats are provided, however if you have your own please bring your own mat. A non-perishable food donation is welcome and encouraged.
